Fury Warrior PVP - Weapons...You must have them

Fury has been in slight trouble since last patch in both the PVP and PVE department, its 10% damage reduction with Titan’s Grip left many a warrior, myself included, headed for the respect trainer. After being in love with Fury and titan’s grip for it’s large damage bursts and having been fury since right around level 40ish I took it exceptionally hard, but times change and so must we in order to survive. ...
All this stuff above is the set up mind you.

After being ARMS spec now for a few months, and loving it mind you, I decided to try running some fury again. The idea of two big nasty weapons vs. one big nasty weapon just makes to much sense as warrior...so I did it I respeced and gave fury a go...and boy was I frustrated.

Fury in PVP is pretty much the equivalent of grinding your face against stucco and then pouring salted lemon juice on yourself. It’s painful, you don’t want to ever do it again and while it’s effective at causing a bloody and painful mess...both the pain and the blood belong to you.

OMG was I frustrated. I respeced and hit up any number of battlegrounds (roughly 15 or so) and OMG I had to walk away several times. It’s just SOOOOO frustrating. The burst damage is a joke first off and there is usually a 4 second window between your major attacks EVERYTIME... do you know how many time you get hit in 4 seconds? If it’s not enough that I’m only doing 90% of my damage I’m also taking an additional 5%...

Fury is the epitome of a one legged man in an as kicking contest.

I will say I have seen some people in fury putting up some decent nd respectable numbers in BG’s...unfortunately they are ALL Furious geared...I spoke to one of my fellow warriors about fury pvp (keep in mind this is coming form a near full furious pvper) and he said YES you can PVP in fury, but unless you have REALLY good gear you end up hurting your team.

I’ve been asked reapeatedly, “hey blackthought, can you pvp as fury?”

The answer to this question is yes...but keep in mind you can also pvp with your fishing pole, just because you can do something doesn’t mean it’s good.

If you’re here looking for a fury pvp spec please, please, go ARMS and save yourself the trouble and headaches.

IF you do have two 25 man nax weapons you MIGHT be able to pull it off, but even then I’d wait till you get you some nice Uldar gear and or 2 furious weapons.
