While we've alluded the nerf bat, we've been hit with the Nerf...cleaver!!!
Warriors
- Battle Shout: Radius increased to 30 yards. (Here's why this sucks. NO DOUBLE SHOUTS in arena. So you can't have BS and you're healer can't have CS at the same time)
- Bloodrage: This ability now generates 20 rage initially, and 10 rage over the next 10 seconds. The health cost is unchanged.(meh, this is just a change)
- Commanding Shout: Radius increased to 30 yards. (see battle shout comment)
- Execute: This ability now never costs more than a total of 30 rage. The tooltip for Sudden Death has been revised to remove reference to that maximum, since the ability now behaves that way even when untalented. (W.T.F.??? Who here as exe-crit something for 12k? Yeah? ME TOO, guess what, it'll never happen again. EVER, mathematically impossible. You here me here guys? ALL executes only get 30 rage, period, end of story. The designer who suggested this should hide if ever he see's me...seriously, for your own safety man.)
- Shield Slam: The benefit from additional block value this ability gains is now subject to diminishing returns. Diminishing returns occur once block value exceeds 30 times the player's level and caps the maximum damage benefit from shield block value at 34.5 times the player's level.(*sigh* whatever I'm still upset about execute)
- Talents
- Fury
- Armored to the Teeth: This talent now provides 1/2/3 attack power per 108 armor, up from per 180 armor.(see my other post about this. It's basically a 67% AP bonus increase...wwiiiipppeeeeeeee)
- Bloodsurge: Notification that Slam has become instant now appears in floating combat text.(This is cool, now we don't have to get that add-on, BUT WAIT...why are you speced fury?)
- Armored to the Teeth: This talent now provides 1/2/3 attack power per 108 armor, up from per 180 armor.(see my other post about this. It's basically a 67% AP bonus increase...wwiiiipppeeeeeeee)
- Protection
- Devastate: Weapon damage and bonus per Sunder Armor on the target increased by 100%. This ability now requires a shield to be equipped.(MORE THREAT Awesome you'll need it because you can't pvp anymore)
- Shield Specialization: Now provides 5 rage on a block, dodge or parry instead of 2 rage on a block.(see above note)
Is it really that bad? Yes my friend it is. Most boss fights provide enough rage where you could work in a 20% health execute at near full rage and not skip a beat in your rotation, like i said, kiss the 8k+ crits good morrow. - Fury

FEAR NOT!
Okay the execute thing really isn't as bad as it sounds...for PvE anyway.
That is a big hit for PvP, but as for PvE I'm kinda glad they didn't
In the warrior DPS rotation you use the Sudden Death Execute proc whenever possible. Now when the boss gets to the point where you can execute all the time due to his HP, it would fuck up your rotation. I would always see execute go up, and not not which one it is. The one that will hit or the one that will hit for more but leave me with no rage.
So then I would have to look up in my buffs to try and find the buff to look and see, mean while I'm loosing time that i could be DPSing with. Or if I just hit it and I'm wrong then I have no rage for like 3-4 seconds that I could be using to DPS shit. Up to this point, once a boss got down to like 15% you would see alot of warriors start slipping off the meters...
I'm actually kinda happy about this change. (DON'T HIT ME!)
As for PvP...yea this kinda sucks...but I can see where it still wouldn't be that bad.
Your about to kill this damn rogue finally! You hit that big execute crit....and...he's dea...WTF?!
Ohhhhh that pally hit him with a holy light at the last second...and no you have no rage...
Now your screwed.
Now you'll still have some beat down time on him with the extra rage, which will eventually result in the healer falling behind.
P.S.
GG Blizzard. According to you, my realm won't be up until 6:00PM. ><" How and I supposed to explore new content??
And BTW
Way to go telling us engineers that were gonna have robot butlers, but then making it an ultra rare schematic; which will be hard to find and even harder to buy.
And making the mats for it almost as expensive as the copper.
For those of you that don't know, the Jeeves robot will be made up of all 3 previous repair bots, which luckily, I have, but for those of you who do not, I know they'll be disappointed.
Yeah i knew PVE people wouldn't mind so much, but come on this is about as big a PVP nerf to warriors as they could do that they haven't already done. Oh and don't forget mages now have a mortal strike too. :(
Warrior PVP is becoming more and more obsolete, and now the ONE thing I had to NUKE a mage, lock,(clothy or leather) has been cut down in half (at least).
Now I know not ALL games hing on a final execute, but enough times I know I can rely on a BIG hit when i need it.
For PVE I used to like to wait till I had my insta rage on cooldown and then drop a 100 rage execute for 8-12k then get back the rage asap to not miss a beat but pump up the dps.
LOL @ your server being down... :( I think mine is too.
Well mages have been the anti-warrior forever, so I'm not surprised lol.
But yea, its worse than when they nerfed hamstring.
